Commission Process

Be sure you have all the details of your project figured out before filling out the form below. Once you have your project all figured out, complete the form and be as detailed as possible. Once I receive the form, I will review your project and get back to you within a few days. Submission of a request does NOT guarantee your project will be accepted. If it is a project I do not think I can complete or I am currently backed up with other commissions, you will receive an email that your project will not be accepted at this time. 

 

If your commission is accepted, we will discuss your project in more detail. Be prepared with reference images if necessary. I will then contact you with a price quote within a week. Given the personal and highly customized nature of my work, there will be a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total agreed upon price required before I begin working on your project.

 

Each project is unique and could take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months depending on the size and level of detail. An estimated time frame will be included with your price quote. If you have a firm deadline for your project, please include it on the form provided.

 

You will receive picture updates all through the process so that you can be sure you're happy with the final product. Upon completion of the project, you will receive detailed photos of the completed work and an invoice for the rest of the payment, which will include shipping. 

 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your commission, you may do so at any time. But please note, the initial deposit is non-refundable. The project remains my property and may be sold, exhibited, or repurposed for other projects at my discretion. 

 

If I have not received final payment within 3 months of the project's completion, the commission will be considered canceled. The deposit will not be refunded and the project remains my property.

 

Other Disclaimers

I reserve the right to decline any project for any reason.

 

I reserve the right to use photos of the in progress and completed work on my website and social media accounts. You are free to share photos of your completed commission anywhere you like, but credit for the work is always appreciated.

 

You are not permitted to use my work for monetary gain, i.e. selling photos or prints of my work, casting or otherwise reproducing my work.
